Wingstop is seeking a cashier to greet guests, take orders in person or by phone, and assist the kitchen with timely service. You will balance cash, handle payments, and answer questions while maintaining product knowledge and upsell opportunities.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, reliability under pressure, and teamwork with FOH and kitchen staff. Prior cashier experience and food handler certification are a plus, with flexible scheduling and employee meal perks.

Formación

• Experience handling cash and operating a computerized register.
• Ability to greet customers and answer questions about the menu.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome customers entering the restaurant and over the phone.
• Place orders; upsell and maintain knowledge of menu and promotions.
• Process cash, card, and gift card transactions accurately.
• Answer questions and make menu recommendations.
• Balance the register at shift end and prepare for the next shift.
• Maintain a clean Front of House area and food safety practices.
