Job summary

Wingstop is hiring Cashier/Customer Service Representatives to join our team. We will train you to succeed, with a positive attitude and sense of urgency.

You will handle sales, payments, and receipts while delivering a flavor-focused guest experience in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities include processing transactions, assisting customers, cross-selling Wingstop’s menu items, keeping the area tidy, and ensuring accuracy across cash and credit payments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in restaurant or retail environment.
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems.
• Good knowledge of how cash registers operate.

Responsibilities

• Manage transactions with customers using cash registers.
• Collect payments whether in cash or credit.
• Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets.
• Cross-sell products.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide relevant information.
• Greet customers when entering or leaving the store.
• Maintain clean and tidy areas.
• Track transactions on balance sheets and report discrepancies.
