Qualifications

• Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• DOT physical and medical requirements may apply.
• Minimum 2 years of flatbed towing or vehicle recovery experience.
• Ability to operate large commercial vehicles and towing equipment.
• Strong safety mindset and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Safely recover and transport company vehicles on public roads using flatbed towing equipment.
• Operate vehicles with GVW 10,001–26,000 lbs and current GVWR up to 20,000 lbs.
• Load, secure, winch, and recover vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicle, trailer, and equipment.
• Maintain driver logs, hours of service, and delivery documentation.
• Communicate with dispatch and logistics teams throughout shifts.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance and safety checks.
• Ensure DOT compliance and safety policies are followed.
• Support daily logistics operations and customer satisfaction.
