Job summary

WME Express is seeking a Class C tow truck driver for the San Francisco area on a full-time basis. Night shift from 8 pm to 4:30 am, Monday through Friday, with weekends off. Pay is $36.50 per hour plus benefits.

Responsibilities include safe recovery, loading/unloading of company vehicles, and maintaining DOT logs. Must pass background and drug screening. Requirements: 4-6 years towing/recovery experience, clean MVR, MEC certificate, and ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years tow or recovery experience
• Clean driving record with DOT compliance
• Valid Class C license (CDL a plus)
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and pass background/drug checks

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate a flatbed tow truck
• Recover, load, unload, and transport company vehicles
• Complete vehicle inspections before and after trips
• Secure vehicles properly for transport
• Keep DOT logs and required paperwork up to date
• Communicate with dispatch and logistics teams
• Perform basic truck checks (fuel, fluids, tires)
• Follow all safety and DOT regulations
