Job summary

DLM Pro in San Francisco seeks a Logistics Driver - Flatbed Tow Operator to support a growing autonomous vehicle operation. You will recover, transport, and stage company vehicles using flatbed tow trucks in a dynamic roadside environment.

The role emphasizes safety, mechanical aptitude, and professional representation, with a full-time schedule, competitive hourly pay, and weekly payroll as you help expand our vehicle logistics and fleet operations in cutting-edge mobility solutions.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Class C driver’s license.
• CDL preferred but not required.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Medical Examiner Certificate (MEC) required.
• DOT qualification and background checks will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Safely recover and transport vehicles using flatbed tow trucks and equipment.
• Perform loading/unloading and proper vehicle securement procedures.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain equipment readiness.
• Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams for efficient vehicle deployment.
• Maintain DOT compliance and complete required logs and documentation.
• Represent the company professionally in all field operations.
