Foresight Group, a sign production specialist in Lansing, MI, is hiring a Sign Production - Flatbed Printer. You will operate a Canon Arizona flatbed printer, fabricate and assemble signs, and work with a small team to deliver high-quality graphics.

The role emphasizes hands-on work, attention to detail, and reliability. Onsite work in a climate-controlled shop with opportunities for overtime during peak seasons and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with flatbed/wide format printing preferred.
• Ability to read measuring equipment and perform basic shop math.
• Willingness to learn cutting software.
• Strong quality checks and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Canon Arizona flatbed printer and related equipment.
• Load materials, transfer supplies, and review files before printing.
• Perform pre-run checks and ensure print quality.
• Maintain and clean printing equipment daily.
• Assist with hand-finishing signs and graphics when needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and keep the shop orderly.
• Inventory consumables and report low stock.
• Support with occasional off-site installation as required.
