• Fabricate and assemble signs from vinyl and prints, mounting and laminating as needed.
• Manage production queue and ensure quality control on finished signs.
• Train and supervise other production specialists; oversee workflow changes with owner approval.
• Handle installation jobs on and off site; assist with inventory and ordering of substrates.
