Job summary

FASTSIGNS #132201 is seeking a full-time Sign Production Specialist to join our team in a hands-on printing and installation role. You will follow layouts, prepare substrates, and apply vinyl or full-color graphics with attention to detail.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in sign production, a high school diploma, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds. You will operate printers, perform quality checks, and assist with installations as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in sign production preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow a layout to place vinyl or full-color graphics on substrates.
• Prepare substrates for vinyl application (cutting, painting, laminating, cleaning).
• Weed excess vinyl and perform quality checks from Work Order.
• Operate and maintain printers.
• Finish pieces through laminating or mounting.
• Report inventory levels and stock needs to center/production manager.
• Handle offsite sign and print media installations as needed.
• Able to assess environments for installation needs.
• Verify measurements and work independently or with team.
