Paramount Recovery Service Inc. in Perris, CA, is hiring a Recovery Agent Flatbed/Rollback Tow Truck Driver to join our growing team. You will operate a rollback style tow truck, load and secure vehicles, and perform basic automotive tasks as needed.

No prior RA experience is required—paid training and on-the-job support are provided. A California BSIS background check and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record are required; experience with manual transmission is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must pass a California BSIS background check to obtain a repossession license.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles.
• Physically able to lift heavy objects and perform demanding tasks.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a rollback style, flat bed tow truck to recover and transport vehicles.
• Load, secure, and unload vehicles using proper techniques.
• Perform basic automotive tasks (e.g., jump-starts and lockouts).
• Maintain accurate records of each recovery.
• Communicate with dispatch, team members and customers to coordinate assignments.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Present a professional and respectful demeanor during all interactions with customers, coworkers and outside agencies.
