Paramount Recovery Service Inc. is seeking a Recovery Agent / Tow Truck Driver in Sacramento, CA. No RA experience?

Paid training and on-the-job support are provided; vehicle towing experience is a plus but not required. You will operate a tow truck, load and secure vehicles, keep accurate records, and communicate with dispatch. The role offers day and night shifts, full-time hours, and competitive pay with performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Must pass a California BSIS background check to obtain a repossession license
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
• Strong driving skills and ability to maneuver in tight spaces
• Basic automotive knowledge is a plus
• Physically able to lift heavy objects and perform demanding tasks
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Responsibilities
