Job summary

Paramount Recovery Service Inc. is hiring a Recovery Agent Flatbed/Rollback Tow Truck Driver in Perris, CA. Training is provided; vehicle towing experience preferred but not required.

You will operate a rollback tow truck, load and secure vehicles, and keep detailed recovery records while communicating with dispatch and customers.

Qualifications

• Must pass California BSIS background check to obtain a repossession license.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Operate a rollback style, flat bed tow truck to recover and transport vehicles.
• Load, secure, and unload vehicles using proper techniques.
• Perform basic automotive tasks (e.g., jump-starts and lockouts).
• Maintain accurate records of each recovery.
• Communicate with dispatch, team members and customers to coordinate assignments.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Present a professional and respectful demeanor during all interactions with customers, coworkers and outside agencies.

Paramount Recovery Service Inc. is hiring a Recovery Agent Flatbed/Rollback Tow Truck Driver to join our growing team. No RA experience? No problem — we provide paid training and on-the-job support to help you succeed. Vehicle towing experience is preferred but we will consider the right candidate with equivalent experience opperating commercial vehicles or heavy equipment.
