No prior RA experience is required as paid training is provided. Compensation starts at $20.00 per hour, with performance incentives and potential earnings up to six figures depending on recoveries completed.

Qualifications

• Must pass a BSIS background check to obtain a repossession license.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles.
• Strong driving skills and ability to maneuver in tight spaces.
• Physically able to lift heavy objects and perform demanding tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a tow truck to recover and transport vehicles
• Load, secure, and unload vehicles using proper equipment
• Perform basic automotive tasks (e.g., jump-starts, tire changes)
• Maintain accurate records of each recovery
• Communicate with dispatch and team members to coordinate assignments
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
