Responsibilities

• Operate a tow truck to recover and transport vehicles.
• Load, secure, and unload vehicles using proper equipment.
• Perform basic automotive tasks (jump-starts, tire changes).
• Maintain accurate records of each recovery.
• Coordinate with dispatch and team members to assign work.
• Follow traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Provide professional and respectful service during recoveries.
