Qualifications

• Prior experience with flatbed load securement and over-the-road driving.
• Instructional or training experience in a safety or driving environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and correct behaviors.
• Basic computer literacy to log training progress and complete reports.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions when safe.
• Certifications in OSHA, TIA or similar safety programs are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Instruct drivers on proper securement techniques for various load types.
• Conduct in-cab evaluations and real-time road instruction.
• Provide feedback on driver handling and safety practices.
• Ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations and internal policies.
• Train drivers on pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
