Growing Asset-Based Carrier is seeking a Load Planner to optimize freight for OTR and regional flatbed operations based in Warrenton, VA. You will plan, assign, and coordinate driver schedules, while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring on-time service across lanes.

The role requires 3+ years of truckload planning, knowledge of flatbed operations, and proficiency with TMS platforms and load boards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of truckload planning experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational abilities.
• Proficient in TMS platforms and load boards.
• Working knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and optimize freight for OTR and regional flatbed operations.
• Coordinate driver schedules to maximize utilization and on-time service.
• Communicate with customers to maintain partnerships and negotiate rates.
• Monitor loads and identify strategic freight opportunities.
• Maintain accurate information in the TMS and support revenue growth initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations.
