Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year in Operations including Customer Service, Fleet Management, or Load Planning required.
• Knowledge of DOT hours of service and how they apply to a driver.
• AS-400, XPM and Microsoft Outlook experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assign freight loads to OTR drivers to optimize profitability and minimize empty miles.
• Prioritize loads by schedule, value, or hazards and consider driver readiness.
• Review driver availability, hours under DOT, home time, and region constraints.
• Monitor loads via AS400 and XPM systems and coordinate with Fleet Management.
• Communicate service deviations to Customer Service and Planning Manager.
• Attend in-person meetings and trainings; collaborate across the organization.
