• Strong ability to quickly prequalify top-fit candidates.
• Excellent relationship-building to keep candidates engaged.
• Ability to meet department goals for daily talk time on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Engage potential leads quickly to encourage a complete application.
• Identify quality candidates for flatbed trucking.
• Maintain understanding of PGT’s benefits to recruit applicants.
• Use the ATS to document hiring and onboarding processes.
• Proactively search for potential leads using company resources.
