Qualifications

• Three years of verifiable tractor‑trailer experience.

• Ability to ascend/descend in a tractor‑trailer cab and flatbed trailer at stops.
• Flat-bed and tarping experience.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Works outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic.
• Pass a DOT Medical Examination (Medical Card).
• Employment and driving records must meet company requirements (MVR).

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a flat‑bed tractor‑trailer (CDL Class A) or flat‑bed straight truck (CDL Class B) to transport building materials to customers.
• Prepares, receives and provides documentation for delivery or pickup of products.
• Tarp cargo in inclement weather.
• Maintain DOT travel logs according to Federal and State regulations.
• Inspect truck before and after trip.
• Report any issues or incidents to Supervisor.
• Maintain professional appearance and provide excellent customer service when dealing with customers.
