Home Time

Off most weekends for a 34-hour reset

FINANCIAL PACKAGE

Weekly Pay: full-time drivers on this fleet can make $1,100

Annual Pay: full-time drivers on this fleet can make $57,200

• $93,600 per year
• Depending on experience, routes, regular attendance, and length of service.

Full pay package also includes accessorial compensation such as tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay as appropriate. Including both mileage pay and other accessorial pay, full-time drivers can earn:

$1,100 - $1,800 weekly

$57,200 - $93,600 annually

Flatbed Regional Driver Rate: $.68-$.72 per mile, depending on experience.

Transition Package

Changing jobs is never easy - that's why our transition package invests in you. We offer an $1,800 Transition Package; $1,000 of which is allotted for orientation during your first 2 weeks so you can focus on driving while we take care of the rest.

HOME TIME

Home Time: Off most weekends for a 34-hour reset

System Transport does not allow pets. However, riders aged 7 and up are permitted after 90 days of safe driving.

Orientation Pay: accrue 1 hour of sick time per 30 hours worked. Employees with 1-9 years of service receive 80 hours PTO; those with 10+ years receive 120 hours PTO. And much more!

HOW TO GET HIRED

Qualifications:

• Required: Valid Class A CDL
• Required: 21 years or older
• Required: 4+ months driving experience
• Required: Safe driving record
• Required: No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
• Prefer 1-year truck driving experience but not necessary
• Required: Background check
• Required: Clean drug test
• Required: Clean Clearinghouse result
• Required: Ability to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot platform twice (tested during orientation). Flatbed drivers tarp about 70% of loads.
