CRST is one of the nation’s largest transportation companies, providing comprehensive logistics services across North America. We are seeking experienced Company Drivers for Over the Road (OTR) routes.

Position Details:

1. Type: Solo Company Driver
2. Experience: 12 months verifiable experience required
3. Salary: $80,000 to $95,000 annually
4. Average Miles: 2,500-3,000 miles per week; top performers exceeding 3,000 miles
5. Home Time: Variable, typically weekly+
6. Route Planning: Loads scheduled a week in advance using optimization software
7. Equipment: Automatic transmissions
8. Freight Type: Primarily Drop and Hook, no-touch freight
