• 3+ years of dealership experience.
• Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment.
• Brand knowledge is a plus but not required.

• Perform repairs and maintenance work in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards.
• Deliver world-class customer experiences through quality workmanship.
• Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding estimates and repairs.
