Job summary

Honda of Escondido is seeking an experienced Flat Rate Technician to join our team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences. You will perform repairs and maintenance per factory and dealership specifications and time standards for an excellent customer experience.

The compensation starts at $33.80/hour base plus a flat rate of $27-$36/hour, with expected annual earnings range from $70,000 to $105,000.

Pay for this position is based on productivity and qualifications. It starts at a minimum hourly rate of $33.80/hour and a flat rate of $27-$36/hour. The expected pay is $70,000 to $105,000 per year.
