Honda of Escondido is seeking an experienced Flat Rate Technician to join our team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences. You will perform repairs and maintenance per factory and dealership specifications and time standards for an excellent customer experience.

The compensation starts at $33.80/hour base plus a flat rate of $27-$36/hour, with expected annual earnings range from $70,000 to $105,000.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dealership experience.
• Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment.
• Strong commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, productivity-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance per factory and dealership specifications and time standards.
• Communicate technical information clearly to Service Advisors.
• Ensure estimates and work orders are accurate and timely.
• Maintain a safe and organized shop, following all safety regulations.
