Job summary

Quirk Auto Dealerships seeks an experienced Service Technician for our busy Service Department in Marshfield. Join a team where motivated individuals can grow, with compensation based on experience.

Duties include using diagnostic equipment, test-driving vehicles, diagnosing engine/transmission/brakes/electrical systems, and providing repair estimates to the Service Advisor. Qualifications

• Experience in managing and organizing work time and related activities.
• 1–2 years experience as an automotive technician.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Using diagnostic equipment and service tools to test vehicle components.
• Test-driving vehicles for diagnosis and repair verification.
• Diagnosing automotive systems including engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, steering, electrical, and air conditioning.
• Providing the Service Advisor with estimates for additional repairs.
• Assess client needs and think of innovative ways to achieve results.

Job Duties:

• Using Diagnostic Equipment and Special Service tools to test vehicle components

• Providing the Service Advisor with an estimate of any additional repairs needed
