# Tyson Foods, Inc.## Flat Pack Processing - Marination Operator PR05 (2nd Shift) - Tyson of RogersApply: Tyson of Rogers Plant - Rogers, Arkansas: Full time: Posted Today: End Date: November 12, 2026 (6 days left to apply): R0495536**Job Details:**# **Schedule: Monday - Friday with Saturdays**# **Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM approx.**# **Pay: $17.85 hour****Job description:*** This position is responsible for operating machinery to ensure the continuous flow of products through the production process and ensuring proper ingredients/supplies are being used on the line.* Responsible for monitoring and adjusting machine settings as needed and notifying supervisor if machines should require maintenance while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.* The person in this position will ensure proper ingredients and quantities are used for marination formulas and ensure marination mix is maintained proper temperature and in accordance with specifications.* Team member in this position will be responsible for filling out Quality Assurance verifications and using handheld scanning devices to manage inventory of ingredients utilized.* The Person in this position will communicate any issues to the Lead and/or Supervisor immediately and perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.* Strong verbal and written communication skills are required to verify the correct product, ingredients and amounts are utilized for marination mixes.* Must be able to constantly climb stairs while carrying ingredients to dump into the marination tank.
