Job summary

Fontainebleau Miami Beach seeks a skilled bartender to deliver courteous beverage service in the Lounge and dining areas, maintaining par stock, setup, and floor coverage. You will serve drinks, manage cash, and ensure compliance with liquor laws while delivering a memorable guest experience on the oceanfront Collins Avenue.

The role requires knowledge of flare bartending, wine and spirits, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of flare bartending and beverage operations.
• Understanding of liquor laws and responsible service requirements.
• Strong wine and spirit knowledge; good math and cash handling skills.
• Excellent reading, writing and spoken English; clear communication with staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Take drink orders from guests and serve drinks (and food orders where applicable).
• Adhere to par stock ordering procedures and maintain lounge setup and cleanliness.
• Monitor and manage floor sections and lounge area; assist with guest service needs.
