InterContinental Miami is seeking a Cocktail Server to provide fast, courteous beverage service and support the bartending team. You will greet guests, take orders, up‑sell menu items, and ensure quality presentation per standards.

Responsibilities include stock, setup, payment handling, and maintaining a clean service station. The role requires English fluency, basic math, and the ability to work nights, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Formación

• Basic reading, writing and math skills.
• Must speak fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and take beverage and food orders promptly and professionally.
• Serve cocktails and menu items, up-sell when taking orders.
• Stock service station and assist with setup of appetizers or buffet.
• Record orders, process payments and handle cash and charges.
• Clean and reset tables, assist with garnishes and beverage prep.
• Monitor alcohol service and report any issues to management.
• Coordinate with Bartender and kitchen for orders; perform other duties as assigned.
