Job summary

Vuori Soho Flagship is seeking a Retail Community Assistant Store Manager to lead community initiatives and strengthen ties with the local active and wellness scene. You will partner with the General Manager to execute a store-wide community strategy, drive foot traffic, loyalty, and in-store experiences that showcase the Vuori brand.

You will oversee team performance, support hiring and training, and ensure operations and visual merchandising SOPs are followed.

Responsibilities

• Take proactive ownership of the sales floor and sales team to ensure customer experience is top priority.
• Lead planning and execution of community programs connecting store to local fitness, wellness, and lifestyle community.
• Partner with HQ Community Manager to align initiatives with brand standards and business goals.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training, supporting a safe and healthy work environment.
• Manage store expenses and labor in collaboration with General Manager.
• Uphold Vuori SOPs for product operations and visual merchandising.
