Job summary

JUNK Brands is opening its first flagship store in downtown Bentonville, focusing on performance headbands, hats, apparel, and accessories. As Store Manager you will open the store, shape the operating playbook from day one, and set floor plan, merchandising, and customer experience.

You'll own day-to-day performance, from sales and inventory to staffing and events, and work with executive teams to launch campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Background in athletic/outdoor or apparel retail.
• Experience opening a new store or building store processes from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Open and operate the flagship store from pre-opening through launch.
• Own daily store execution, sales, inventory, and staffing within budget.
• Lead merchandising, events, and customer experience.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a small part-time team.
• Build relationships with local community and partner with engagement teams.
