Job summary

JUNK Brands is opening its Bentonville flagship and seeks Seasonal Retail Associates to deliver a high-energy in-store experience during peak holiday periods. You will greet customers, ring sales, stock the floor, and ensure a sharp, welcoming environment on Shopify POS.

Work closely with the Store Manager and team, helping visitors—local shoppers, runners and tourists—discover our performance headbands, hats and apparel while building a sense of community around the JUNK brand.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No prior work experience required; training provided.
• Availability during the season (Nov 9 – Dec 24) including evenings, weekends and event days.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers with product knowledge.
• Process sales, exchanges, and returns on Shopify POS.
• Maintain stock and presentation of merchandise.
• Assist with events, product drops and store displays.
• Follow opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
