Job summary

Rock & Roll Denim seeks a Flagship Store Manager in Fort Worth to lead our first-ever retail location from pre-opening buildout through launch and ongoing operations.

You will recruit, hire, train and coach a high-energy team, own daily store performance, merchandising, scheduling, payroll and KPI tracking, and build a local customer base. The role blends leadership with community engagement and growth as new locations expand.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a flagship/opening store.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations and KPIs.
• Ability to recruit, hire, train and manage retail employees.

Responsibilities

• Own flagship store from pre-opening buildout through launch and ongoing operations.
• Lead retail opening readiness and store setup.
• Recruit, hire, train, schedule, coach and develop store team.
• Lead daily store operations and create a high energy, service-focused environment.
• Own store KPIs: sales, conversion, AOV, UPT, payroll, inventory.
• Oversee visual merchandising, floor sets, product launches and daily standards.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, shipments, cycle counts and loss prevention.
• Use data to adjust staffing and operating hours based on traffic.
• Build a repeat customer base and community presence in Fort Worth Stockyards.
• Identify partnerships and events to raise visibility and traffic.
• Turn store performance insights into staffing and merchandising actions.
• Create operating processes and best practices for future stores.
• Provide leadership feedback on customers, products, and growth opportunities.
