Responsibilities

• Direct Store operations for AG Flagship Retail Store, ensuring revenue and service standards.
• Oversee multi-departmental store operations and ensure customer experience aligns with company mission.
• Collaborate with Sr. Leadership and store teams to plan for short- and long-term business needs.
• Manage change, policies, procedures, and systems to meet service and efficiency goals.
• Lead financial planning, review store P&L monthly, and ensure meeting revenue targets.
