Job summary

Nordic Knots is expanding its LA flagship in West Hollywood and building its LA retail team. As Showroom & Store Operations Associate, you will drive sales, provide expert client consultation, and maintain the store's impeccable appearance.

The role requires interior-design background or retail experience in home textiles, meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and readiness to own end-to-end store operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in high-end retail or showroom sales in a design-driven sector.
• Experience with rugs, curtains or home textiles preferred.
• Strong organizational and inventory/ops experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with retail and trade clients.
• Proficient with POS, CRM, Google Workspace, MS Office; familiarity with virtual consultations.

Responsibilities

• Drive face-to-face store sales and virtual consultations with expert guidance.
• Serve as primary contact for consumers and professional clients.
• Build deep product knowledge across collections to educate clients.
• Manage quotes, orders and client communications to ensure smooth CRM flow.
• Own store sales targets and KPIs; contribute to budget goals.
• Handle sample and inventory management for showroom and storage.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and record-keeping for samples.
• Coordinate and receive deliveries; oversee logistics.
• Organize displays and merchandising; replenish stock as needed.
• Oversee master sample library care and readiness.
