Job summary

Nordic Knots, a premium Scandinavian interior design brand, is opening a Los Angeles flagship in West Hollywood and seeks an experienced Showroom Manager to lead day-to-day performance and operations.

You will own sales, client experience and showroom execution, coach the LA team from the floor, and partner with design professionals to grow the interior design and trade business while maintaining exceptional product knowledge and a high-end service standard.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in high-end retail or showroom environments with leadership experience.
• Proven track record of driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a premium environment.
• Experience with interiors, furniture, textiles or related home categories is valued.
• Confident, engaging leader comfortable on the shop floor with the team.
• Strong organisational and operational skills for multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
• Genuine interest in interiors and design with affinity for Nordic Knots aesthetics.
• Experience opening a new retail location or leading store-level initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in launching the West Hollywood flagship, establishing routines and standards for a strong opening.
• Participate in recruiting and onboarding the LA team, ensuring product/system knowledge and client experience.
• Own day-to-day sales performance and drive KPIs across the showroom.
• Lead from the floor, delivering knowledgeable, personalized service to clients.
• Develop clienteling and follow-up discipline to drive conversion and repeat business.
• Manage showroom operations, inventory, merchandising and partner with teams on processes.
• Collaborate with Head of US Retail and regional leadership to develop the LA business.
