The role demands strategic leadership, brand excellence, and exceptional guest and associate experiences in a global luxury context.

The General Manager will drive financial performance, guest satisfaction, and brand integrity while engaging ownership, brand leadership, and the local community to elevate the hotel's prestige

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of General Manager experience in luxury hotel/high-end urban environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and manage complex operations.
• Fluency in Spanish preferred; strong communication with diverse stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Establish a culture of Forbes-caliber luxury service and authenticity in guest interactions.
• Guard brand standards and reflect NYC energy in guest experiences.
• Curate guest journeys and operational experiences to elevate luxury positioning.
• Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and service delivery across all hotel areas.
• Lead all operational disciplines to deliver a consistently elevated guest experience.
