Crescent Hotels & Resorts, in partnership with Minor Hotels, seeks a distinguished General Manager for NH Collection New York Madison Avenue. The role oversees all hotel performance, guest satisfaction, associate engagement, and financial success, serving as the face of the property to guests, ownership, and the brand in Midtown Manhattan.

The leader will drive Forbes-caliber service, maintain brand standards, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional, personalized luxury

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of General Manager experience in luxury/hospitality leadership roles.
• Proven success leading upper-upscale or luxury properties in competitive gateway markets.
• Experience overseeingRooms Division and F&B operations.
• Strong understanding of Forbes Travel Guide and LQA service standards.
• Proven track record delivering NOI, revenue growth, and asset value.
