Responsibilities

• Set the culinary vision and collaborate on innovative, seasonal menus.
• Direct, develop, and hold accountable a team of chefs, cooks, and stewards.
• Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Oversee food cost, labor cost, inventory, and purchasing controls.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
