Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a highly motivated Events Lead to own planning and execution of our flagship events. You will deepen the ElevenLabs brand presence, create high-impact moments with customers and prospects, and generate strong pipeline with GTM teams.

You’ll manage the full lifecycle of flagship events—from summits to marquee sponsorships and brand moments. The role focuses on our flagship portfolio with dedicated collaboration across marketing, sales, and product teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years events experience, with at least three in tech/enterprise flagship event marketing.
• Track record of producing large-scale, high-profile branded events end to end.
• Deep knowledge of the tech ecosystem and executive/enterprise audiences.
• Experience working with premium event agencies and production partners.
• Based in NYC or SF preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute flagship event plans aligned with business objectives across key markets.
• Own owned/branded flagship events, and marquee sponsorships end to end.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and GTM teams for seamless execution.
• Analyze event performance and provide recommendations for future improvements.
• Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, partners, agencies, and production vendors across North America.
