Job summary

Richemont Americas seeks a Boutique Director for the new Madison Avenue flagship. Lead a high-performing in-store team, drive exceptional commercial results, and deliver an elevated client experience that defines the USA flagship.

Qualifications

Proven progressive retail management experience in luxury retail.
Experience leading a high-volume flagship boutique and driving sales targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales targets and KPIs for the flagship.
Oversee inventory, visual merchandising, and store presentation to uphold aesthetic standards.
Drive client acquisition, retention, and loyalty through clientelling initiatives.
Recruit, onboard, train, and develop a high-performing in-store team.
Manage store operations, including stock, logistics, and facilities, with compliance.
