Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with basic currency exchange services.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the customer experience.
• Process transactions accurately & efficiently in compliance with company policies & procedures.
• Balance till at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Maintain a balanced till and ensure all transactions are recorded properly.
• Research discrepancies (short/over) & provide detailed explanations/resolutions.
• Handle currency and other financial instruments with a high degree of accuracy & security.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures of the branch.
• Follow all security procedures to protect against fraud and theft.
• Identify & report suspicious activities, ensuring compliance with company policies & procedures.
• Verify customer identification and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Answer phone calls & general inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Refer customers to appropriate personnel for complex issues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals & improve customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
