Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Manager, Architecture - Facades & Branding to lead exterior façade design for new stores and relocations. You will collaborate with internal and external partners to meet goals, budgets, and regulatory requirements while guiding documentation and approvals.

The role emphasizes project management, design excellence, and leadership across multiple sites, ensuring timely openings and brand standards are achieved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent combination.
• 5-7 years of commercial architecture experience.
• 2-3 years of team management experience.
• Strong architectural visualization skills.
• Proficiency with Photoshop, SketchUp, AutoCAD.
• Experience with Smartsheet and Bluebeam.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead exterior façade design and signage projects for stores.
• Coordinate with authorities for permits and regulatory compliance.
• Manage multiple projects with real estate and legal timelines.
• Maintain project documentation in Lucernex and department folders.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal/external partners.
• Lead and mentor team members.
