AT&T in Dallas / Atlanta is seeking an Associate Director of Product Management & Development to lead the Fixed Wireless portfolio strategy, development, and lifecycle for business customers. You will own P&L, pricing, and go-to-market, working with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Technology, and Operations to grow and differentiate offerings.

The role requires 8+ years in product leadership, strong financial acumen, and the ability to translate market insights into strategic investments.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead complex product or portfolio initiatives with strong financial scrutiny.
• Ability to influence across functions and translate insights into decisions.
• BS/BA required; MS preferred and 8+ years in product management or portfolio roles.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute fixed wireless product strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Drive subscriber growth and converged mobility attach through target segments.
• Lead product development from concept through launch and GA.
• Own portfolio P&L with forecasting, revenue optimization, and KPI reporting.
• Develop business cases and evaluate financial models and market impacts.
• Guide go-to-market with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
• Prepare executive updates and recommendations for AT&T leadership.
• Lead direct reports and cross-functional teams with accountability.
