Job summary

AT&T seeks an Associate Director-Product Management & Development to lead strategy, development, growth, and lifecycle management of the Fixed Wireless portfolio for business customers. You will own portfolio strategy, roadmap, pricing, and go-to-market, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Technology, and Operations to drive adoption and reduce churn.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute fixed wireless product strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Drive subscriber growth and attach by targeting segments and launching programs.
• Lead product development from concept to launch with requirements and testing.
• Own portfolio P&L with forecasting, pricing, and performance reporting.
• Develop and oversee business cases for new products and investments.
• Conduct ongoing customer and market analysis to guide strategy and pricing.
• Identify improvements to reduce friction and churn and increase lifetime value.
• Drive go-to-market execution with cross-functional partners and aligned compensation.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Lead direct reports and cross-functional teams with clear priorities.
