Job summary

Candidates must have an active Health Insurance License or be willing to obtain one. The position offers $25/hour based on experience, with additional benefits like training, licensing support, and bonuses for retention.

At OneBridge, we help people make informed healthcare decisions with confidence. As a Seasonal Benefit Specialist, YOU can help make a difference during health insurance open enrollment! You'll guide participants through understanding their Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA) benefit and selecting a health plan that fits their needs. This is a consultative, participant-focused role where success is measured by the quality of support you provide and is not sales focused. Thorough training will be provided upon hire.

What You'll Do

• Educate customers on the ICHRA benefit and health plan options
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand individual healthcare needs
• Simplify complex insurance information into clear, easy‑to‑understand guidance
• Support customers through the insurance enrollment process with empathy and accuracy
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver an exceptional customer experience by meeting quality, compliance, and service standards during a high‑volume enrollment season

What You Bring

Required

• Active Health Insurance License; or willingness to obtain licensure prior to start date
