Community Blood Center (CBC) seeks a receptionist to greet visitors and donors, register donors, enter data per SOPs, and manage appointment reminders. You will answer calls, assist with scheduling, and handle mail while maintaining security and a tidy reception area.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, customer service experience, and proficient computer skills. Office support experience is a plus, with a focus on professional, customer-oriented service.
Under the supervision of the Site Manager, serves visitors and donors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately. Assures compliance by registering donors and completing data entry per the Registration SOPs. Responsible for answering incoming telephone calls, assisting in appointment reminder calls and sending and receiving incoming and outgoing mail.
