Keolis Group is seeking a Bus Operator for fixed-route service with MWRTA in Framingham, MA. Starting rate $26.77/hour plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus for CDL A/B holders with Passenger and Air Brake endorsements; $2,500 for non-Passenger endorsed/non-CDL operators.

As a full-time, on-site role, you will represent Keolis daily, ensure safe and courteous service, and maintain on-time operations while following DOT and ADA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 5 years verifiable valid driver's license required; MA CDL B or higher with Passenger and Airbrake endorsements preferred.
• Must be eligible and able to obtain a CDL C with Passenger endorsement.
• Clean driving record – DMV printout required for the last 10 years.
• Stable work history is required.
• CPR, AED and First Aid Certification provided by the Company.

Responsabilités

• Deliver safe, on-time fixed-route service while being friendly to riders.
• Assist passengers, provide schedule information, and handle disruptions professionally.
• Follow safety protocols, conduct pre/post trip inspections, and document defects.
• Operate bus equipment safely and communicate with dispatch during service.
