Job summary

The Landline Company in Framingham, MA is hiring a CDL Bus Driver to operate fixed routes between Framingham and Boston Logan International Airport. You will drive safely, greet passengers, and maintain a professional appearance.

This full-time role requires a valid CDL with Passenger (P) endorsement, a current DOT medical card, and 3+ years of passenger driving experience. Shifts start as early as 2:30 AM; competitive pay starts at $34/hour with built-in raises and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL with Passenger (P) and air brake endorsement.
• Current DOT medical card.
• At least 3 years of commercial passenger driving experience.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check to obtain a secure airport access badge.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment DOT drug test and participate in random drug and alcohol testing. This is a federally regulated USDOT safety-sensitive position, and testing includes marijuana.
• Availability for shifts starting as early as 2:30 AM, plus weekends and holidays
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Landline motorcoaches on schedule between Framingham and Boston Logan, including driving onto the airport operations area
• Provide a welcoming, courteous experience to every passenger
• Load and unload baggage and cargo (up to 70 lbs per item), including pushing carts with multiple pieces
• Complete all DOT and company documentation accurately and on time
• Handle routine fueling and basic vehicle cleaning
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while in uniform and on duty
• Work daily shifts ranging from 2:30 AM until lunch time
