JM Family Enterprises, Inc. invites college students to participate in the Summer Internship Program as a Fixed Sales Solutions Intern in Deerfield Beach, FL.

The program runs from May 24, 2027, to July 30, 2027, and offers hands-on experience across SET Fixed Operations, Parts, and Service while aligning with JM Family's core values. Interns will engage in meaningful work, learn about JM Family's culture, and contribute to various department initiatives in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Full-time internship with flexible working arrangements depending on business need.
• Must work onsite, Monday - Friday, for the duration of the Summer Internship Program.
• Active enrollment in a Bachelor's, Master's, or other degree-seeking program in a relevant field; candidates in related fields will be considered.
• Completed at least one semester of coursework.
• Courses may include Marketing, Business Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Communications, or related fields.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Detail-oriented, creative, curious, and collaborative; team player.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; familiarity with the Microsoft Power suite is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Participate and contribute as an active member of the SET Fixed Operations Core and Extended team.
• Collaborate with Fixed Operations departments to support dealer profitability within Parts and Service.
• Assist leadership in identifying and communicating growth strategies within Parts and Service.
• Contribute to projects aligned with the Fixed Operations strategic roadmap.
• Support the Fixed Operations field team in dealer-facing initiatives.
• Contribute to the design and execution of dealer-facing training focused on technician certification and Fixed Operations development.
