JM Family seeks a Sales Operations Intern to drive strategic and operational excellence across the sales organization. You will optimize processes, support data-driven decisions, and collaborate across functions to support growth during the Summer Internship Program.

The role offers exposure to strategic planning, research, and insights that contribute to operational efficiency and customer success, with a focus on learning JM Family’s culture and core values.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s, master’s, or other degree-seeking program.
• Completed at least one semester of coursework.
• Fields of study may include Business, Communications, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or analytical disciplines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in business operations and process improvement.
• Prior internship or professional work experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support strategic projects and process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and sales team effectiveness.
• Analyze sales and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Develop reports and presentations that clearly communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Conduct research and analysis to support data-driven decision-making and ongoing Sales Operations initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to support projects aligned with business objectives.
• Contribute to initiatives focused on process optimization, technology adoption, customer success, and revenue growth.
