As a Fixed Operations Intern, you will support field operations, gain hands-on experience, and learn how dealer engagement, analytics, and core business areas collaborate to drive success. You will use PSIQ, SET’s analytics platform, to evaluate performance and assist decision-making, while developing business acumen, communication, and teamwork

Qualifications

• Must be actively enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's, or other degree-seeking program.
• Coursework may include Business Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support Fixed Operations Managers with day‑to‑day activities, special projects, reporting, and program execution.
• Travel with the field team to gain exposure to the Fixed Operations Manager role and dealer engagement.
• Learn to use PSIQ, SET’s central data and analytics platform, to evaluate performance and support field decision‑making.
• Partner with office and field teams to coordinate priorities and support overall team effectiveness.
• Contribute to dealer‑focused initiatives that strengthen communication and enhance dealer support.
